Liu Yen-Chen is a Taiwanese animation director, art director, and character designer. He is known for combining delicate storytelling with a distinctive personal aesthetic, creating visually striking works that have received international acclaim, including the Best of Show at the 3x3 International Illustration Awards and Best Student Short Film at the Monstra Lisbon Animation Festival.
